
Coach Cameron ROACH, a pilot by profession (Golden Wings Charter), has a passion for athletics and has been a part of his life. He grew up playing many different sports but he specializes in swimming where he represented The Bahamas on many different stages including CARIFTA, CISC, Pan American Games and on college level. During his years of competing, Coach Cam completed the Arizona Ironman in 2016, he also represented The Bahamas in rugby and in triathlon where he recently qualified and competed in The Commonwealth Games in 2018. He is a certified triathlon and swimming coach and one of the Founding Members of The Bahamas Triathlon Association (BTA).

Coach Dorian ROACH was a swimmer from the age of 6, wining many local, national and international championships. He has held numerous Bahamian records and competed in various international meets such as CARIFTA (winning 7 gold medals in 1992), C.C.C.A.N, C.I.S.C and the 1991 Pan American Games. During his sophomore year he switched swimming for rugby at the age of 19, playing for the University of Georgia, he made the All-Georgia and All-South teams before graduating in 1997. He continued to play rugby for over twenty years, playing for the Bahamas in many matches including the 1998 Commonwealth Games. Coach Dorian served as the Vice Chairman of the Bahamas Rugby Football Union for five years.
Coach Dorian began cycling to rehab a knee injury from rugby and that led to his first full triathlon in 2010. Seeing a need for a Federation Dorian co-founded the Bahamas Triathlon Association which had been dormant since the early 2000’s. In 2016 the BTA was formed with Roach being president.
Coach Dorian as has Level 1 Coaching qualifications in Swimming, Rugby (Level 2) and Triathlon and Level 1 Officiating in Rugby. He has been the national coach in several sports;

Coach Dorian was first elected in 2017 to the Bahamas Olympic Committee and represented the Bahamas in the Tokyo 2021 Olympics.
